Default Del Sol 5 speed swap question ? d-series

When doing a 5 speed swap on a del sol from auto to 5 speed d-series , can you use 92-95 civic linkage or do you need the del sol linkage ? I know on the b-series you have to use the dohc del sol linkage.

thanks , please no comments on just go B , its in the process of being built

I *think* you need to use the Sol linkage. For some reason I remember hearing that the Sol linkage is a different lenght. ( I think it was in the sol vs. hatch thread)

Del Sol VTEC shift linkage . See, it's for B-series and for Del Sol, so it works on all B-series engines in Del Sol's.

Del Sol is it's own part number for both SOHC and DOHC. Its because of the angle of the center of the car its much higher than a civic.
