Default belt pully removal on accord v tech

I can't get this bolt off! I've used everything I have. Now I'm wondering if it has left handed threads. I'm trying to do the timing belt but am stopped here.

get some pb blaster and a big breaker bar. I broke a mac tools socket wrench on it.
