Default spring/shocks advice

can i run my H&R OEs with stock shocks? i know this is probably not a good idea. how long will the shocks last?

iv had my h&r springs on stock shocks for a year now...im just about to change them...they are def going...its a bumpy ride

if it's a ITR then keep your stock suspension because it's better.

if it's a Gs-R, then H&R OE on stock shocks is probably okay for a while, but you'd be better off buying shocks first and then springs/coilover sleeves later.

agreed. break in the Aftermarket shocks and then go with the springs/coils. you'll apprecaite the suspension changes more by doing so.
