you're not going to be able to use the y7 harness. 96-00 civics have a one piece harness, which means the engine harness connects directly to the ecu. 92-95 civic and 94+ integras use a 2 piece harness, where the engine harness connects to the shock tower. You can use your stock eg engine harness on the y7. The y7 has a crank angle sensor which won't be used with obd1.
ps - AIM me if you need the obd1 injectors.

i PM'ed you but in case others can help: the z6 isn't coming with a harness....is there a way to adapt the DX harness to work?
i know the z6/y8 tranny would be a great upgrade, but im mostly doing this for reliability. i have a d15b7 now with 180 psi across the board but the clutch has to be replaced soon and its got 146,XXX. nothings wrong with it but the cost of installing a new clutch, z6 head with regular maintenance all on the stock tranny would be way more then purchasing this y7 and putting the z6 head on and chilling with it for a bit.

yup yup, just splice in 2 sensors, and 4wire o2. I can help you out with it.
