Default gsr jrsc on a b20

I have searched and I cannot find an answer to this question. My question is, what is required to fit a gsr jrsc on a ls/b20? Also, with the gsr having a bigger blower, will this work fine on a b20? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

since no one wants to help u out i help ya out

with my knowledge if you have a completely b20 motor non-vtec the port on the head won't match up...only way i know to make it fit if you do a b20-vtec conversion with a gsr head p72 damn thats some massive gain if you got a b20

high flow head, vtec lift, s/c omg ingredients for one beast....

beside swappin out head i don't know any other way to make the supercharger fit.......

...you would probably have to match the bolt pattern on either a GSR or TypeR/Si JRSC intake manifold. The TypeR/Si kit has been adapted by a few people on LS engines, LS Avenger is one who comes to mind. The expected power increases were never fully realized, if memory serves me right...

i used to have a b18c5 kit on my b18b.... what you have to do is pretty much take and intake manifold gasket for a b18b/b20, and have a machine shop drill in the appropriate holes on the JRSC intake manifold to match with the b18b/b20 gasket.

along with drilling holes to match the bolt pattern of the head, the gasket will also show you where to relocate the coolant passage nipple...

machine shop charged me about 80bucks total and never had any proplems with it for as long as i had it on the car......

Thanks so much for the info. So do you guys think this is worth doing over just the ls blower? I would like to get into the 13's on a supercharged b20 in a full interior 96' ls.
