Have you dealt with the guy?

I've bought THREE things from the guy, two he shipped, one i picked up at his house. I've got the guy's freakin cell phone number, name, and i've been to his house. I doubt a scammer would do that crap.

i guess you were lucky, just bc your transactions were ok, does not mitigate the fact that "Rukkus" has gone thru hell in his dealings with chris@allmotor.net...so you STFU

i bought a p28 and hondata off of chris@allmotor.net and i got it a couple of days later no probs.. ..i dont know what went on with the other transaction, and ive heard both sides, and when it comes down to it..its just his word against the other guy...but ive bought something from chris and i had no problem. thats just my .02 cents

Heres what happened.

RuKKus sent Chris an $80 dollar money order. Then Chris told RuKKus that he had sold the item to someone else (**** that, thats shady) And as far as I know RuKKus hasnt gotten his $80 back

ACTUALLY, since everyone seems to leave out the most important part, making Rukkus look like an angel in the deal...here is what REALLY happened.

Rukkus sent chris (me) the money without notification, just an email asking about the product, nothing more. in the email he asked everything about the product, and asked for my address, which I provided, and at the end of the email, I specifically said, LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT THEM SO I CAN CONSIDER THEM SOLD. No response, so I sold the item to someone else shortly after, as I was selling ALOT of things during the time. So, then I get an PM a couple weeks later, asking if I received the money order, at the time I was not aware that I had even received one from rukkus...I Pmed him back saying that I would check, and check to see if it was cashed, thats when all hell broke loose, he PMed me EVERYDAY, asking if I had checked to see about anything, basically asking me to jump when he said to, when he did not even have the common courtesy to even respond to an email saying that he had sent the money out...I got very annoyed with this, very quick...as any normal person would. I was in the process of holding 2 jobs, full time college, and selling off car parts, so as you can imagine, I didnt exactly HAVE THE TIME to jump when he wanted me to, but I did go to the bank, found out I cashed the MO in question, so, being the good seller I am, I made a new MO, took it to the post office, got signature confirmation on the letter like someone had suggested, sent it back to him, checked a week later on the confirmation, and it had been received...I would think case closed, but now hes saying that he hasnt received it...sounds like someone is just bitter over the fact that he didnt get the item, or whatever, but its getting real tired, real fast.


Simple fact is, Rukkus and his merry men (most of HT) have been following me around in threads, blindly believing every word rukkus says, just because its easier to blindly call someone a scammer, than to back the person up, or give the person the benefit of the doubt.

Man your full of ****. I told your ****** *** that I was gonna send you the payment for the damn thing. And you told me that it was considered sold to me. So what happened when I send the MO?? You ******* told me that you sold it to someone else. And all I asked of you was to send me my money back but you acted like you didn't recieved it. So yes I had to PMed you everyday so you can get your lazy *** to the bank and check. And guess what?? you did cashed that MO. You said the damn check is in the mail a month ago but I still ain't got **** from you.

Buy from this guy if you want but yes he did SCAMMED me!!!!!!!!
