any 6th gens you know of that have been stolen?
just curious, i know the 5th gen was the top stolen car, but i never heard of a 6th gen yet. i guess that immbolizer might be holding some of them back. getting broken into is a different story, but have there been any that u know of that have been stolen? my friends gsr was just stolen and stripped, so it makes me curious, besides door dings, no one has ever messed with my car. "knock on wood" hope no one tries to, i'd hate to get stupid, so help me GOD!

I thought the 4th gen was the most stolen, in particular like a 91 or something. Anyway, me and a guy at work get into it about this. He said if the Japanese don't start making their security systems as good as the Americans then people will stop buying Japanese. He is under the assumption that because Camrys and Accords are the most stolen vehicles that Japanese security systems are weak. I guess it didn't occur to him that they are the top selling vehicles so there are more of them on the road.
Whatever, anyway, immobilizer does make it fairly difficult. Never heard of one getting yanked.
