Default this guy is selling toda retainers.....

as far as I know Toda never made valvespring retainers yet this member is selling them and won't comment when asked to verify

I'm pretty sure he meant toda retainers, possibly not TI

Typo, I meant ti retainers made by Toda. I had Portflow ones, I know of their existence.

The main point of this thread is that Toda doesn't make retainers (at least not for the Honda B-series), titanium or otherwise. However, I'm sure it's just a typo or misunderstanding on Kenji's part, and not an attempt at "scamming".

noone called him a scammer, but its' sort of annoying that he won't respond to anyone that's pm'ed or emailed him about this

Your original post gave me the impression that you felt something dishonest was going on, so I misunderstood your intention. I'm not sure why he hasn't responded, but perhaps it's because they've apparently been sold.

no, I just felt they didn't exist and I was puzzled when he didn't respond to me and others that asked him about them, and never once even recognized that there was any question

I was just wondering, becuase if toda makes retainers, I WANT them

I think they dont make for honda cuz stock's already good enough for high lift?

cuz honda always revs higher than toyotas
