Title Status:
Title is clean. It was issued a salvage after the motor was stolen from it off a dealer lot in 1997. We purchased the shell and placed my friend's 2001 b18c with 40k on it in there and retrieved a rebuilt title in CT. The title was then transferred to NJ and is 100% CLEAN. I only mention any of this because CARFAX will bring up that it was once issued salvage and has since been issued a clean title. I figured you should know that the vehicle itself was never stolen, there was never any accident damage to it whatsoever, and there is not a single flaw to be found. CARFAX will reflect everything I told you, and I have copies of the reports for both the shell and the motor. Once again -- this is a CLEAN TITLE.
Comments:
Just swapped in the tranny one month ago today.. needless to say, it hauls. This is an autocross machine waiting to happen. A cat and header are all you need to bump up the ponies a good 10 or so.. the stock ones are killing the flow of the exhaust. Engine is in perfect condition, dyno taken yesterday on my site will show you that. With better tires, the combination of this tranny and the 100% lockup clutchpack LSD will put the car in the mid-low 14s where it belongs.
The car was just inspected in November and is good in NJ until 2005. I'm not certain if you will have to get a new inspection in another state, so please be prepared. If the buyer is from NJ, I will be able to acquire inspection stickers for the time that you reside in this state to save you the hassle of going to the DMV.
Extras:
Included will be one extra 98+ bumper, painted frost white with minor damage to the area above the driver side turn signal. Absolutely perfect to use for track days/events so you can keep her damage-free on the regular road.
A third brake light has also been installed should you choose to ditch the factory spoilter. The DOHC VTEC badge was removed to prevent theft.
Additionally, an extra moonroof with a surface crack to the glass will be included. It is only superficial and does not go all the way through. This is perfect to have as backup in case something happens.
Furthermore, I will throw in a guage cluster that reads 52k miles for when the motor gets there. That way, you can be on target with the cluster and mileage of the engine. The original cluster, with perfect reflection of mileage on the body, will be included as well. Finding a cluster with 52k on it was a chore and a half, so whoever buys this car is going to be one lucky bastard
If you'd like, I can throw in a silver leaf toned leather interior for an extra $300. Otherwise, the cloth pattern 94 interior will be included.
Final Statement/Price/Trades/etc:
The only trades I'm interested in must include cash. I'm only letting this pristine vehicle go because I have to. Anyone in their right mind wouldn't let a teg with this custom built tranny, only 40 on a 3 year old motor, and all its potential involved.. be sold willingly. The transmission alone is worth well over $2000. It's ready for forced induction, natural aspiration, drag strip fun, autocross mayhem, or whatever your desires may be. With that in mind.. the price:
$9500 OBO or EK/EG swaps + at least $1000 or whatever else you might have..
If you think that's unreasonable.. consider once again.. for all intents and purposes this IS a clean title 2001 Integra GSR with thousands of dollars in custom tranny work. The frame itself only has 115k on it. It's been fed Redline Synthetic 5w30 in the winter and Mobil1 10w30 Synthetic in the summer. The dyno speaks for itself. This motor's perfect and ready for building.
I'm located in Central NJ and am willing to meet halfway or ship if necessary. My baby's gotta go. I'll miss her terribly.

and what would you propose, wise one?
nobody interested has had an issue with it yet.. read my rationale in the original post. unlike most people, i actually know where my motor came from and exactly how many miles it has.
