In all honesty man, don't go with any of those. They really cost a lot of money. Your power gains will be minor in comparison to a CTR/ITR setup. You will save a couple hundred dollars. This set up is wonderful for street use and has plenty of torque. Unless you plan on revving really high, don't spend all that extra cash. Those cams tend to make gobs of top end power, but not until around 8k.
These cans are not nearly as peaky as the person above me would like to believe.
Out of all of those cams, I've seen some extremely impressive results from the Toda Spec A cams. Someone in the ITR forum got ~200whp on a B18C5 with some serious tuning. So it shows you could easily hit 180whp with some bolt-ons and a slight bit of tuning. The midrange torque and top end pull will be greatly improved with these cams.
The Spoon cams look pretty good too, but rare and I think they're a tad milder than Spec A's.
Expect to rev to about 8400-8500RPM max with these cams. They should run out of breath extremely quickly after that.

The JUN cam and the Toda cams are good cams, but for the money and Hp gains I recommed Skunk2's new profile cams. They have stage I-III, you would probably go with the stageI or stageII. For the price it is cheaper and for example the stageI cams made 17Hp gain on the dyno graph. We have them for sell at the best buys section.
First of all any cam will be good on the stree if tunned properly, but of corrs it all depends on your budget. The cams that you will have the most easy of tunning and very good gains would be Jun Stage 3. I am currently running them in my setup and they are as streetable as any OEM cams, but I did spend a lot of time tunnig and have appropriate setup for the increase in air requirement. These compared to the Toda Spec B's are almost identical in the top end, but the primary cam lobes are a lot less aggresive on the Jun cams wich make them a better choice on the street. Toda B's like to have problems with idel. If you are looking something only for the street go with the Jun 3's, and if you are looking for something all out I would recommend Toda B's. But remember a lot of tunning is required for both setups.

actually i would have to agree with waffles, the ctr/itr setup is a very good street setup and doe snot require anything else really. the toda b's and jun 3's both like a lil more compression than stock. wanna of my friends has jun 3's in his teg and is happy but only after an ecu change, the stock gsr ecu produced a nasty bog @ vtec x-over. he called jun and they told him he had to use their program (ecu) he didn't feel like spending that much loot and got used itr ecu and it seems much better. now after about 6 months with the cams the vtec lobe is wearing noticeably. my other friend has toda b's and loves them no probs what so ever, but his motor is built (12.5-1 je's & crower rods).
