TurboSmart Dual Stage boost controller
My friend had one on his WRX and it worked great. I bought it from him when he switched to an electronic controller that would work with his management system, but havent installed it yet.

I was reading that with the turbosmart dual stage boost controller your able to adjust both low boost and high boost. And with the turbosmart single stage your able to switch between your standard boost setting (non-adjustable) and you high boost setting. My question is, the lowest you can set the boost controller to is whatever the wastegate spring is, right? So there would be no point in buying the dual stage unless you want adjust the low boost setting higher than the wastegate spring. Is this correct?

if you really are on a budget u can make your own
i really like the idea and its much more cost effective. to turn an mbc into a dual stage.

I have one works great, as for the dual stage if wanting to run more boost then your wastegate say in 1st in 2nd gear then hit the switch for more boost in the higher gears. The price diff between the single and dual stage controller is very little so I would and did get the dual.

The cheapest I could find the dual stage was $184 and $159 for the single stage. Anyone know of a good place to purchase one. I'm leaning towards the single stage but turbozxi has a good point. Only $25 more for the dual stage.

That price isn't to bad I paid $320 NZ with a good discount. US 70cents = 1 dollar nz. Get the dual stage think ahead.
