I'm trying to petition Rota/Cosmic to start making 17s in 5 lug.

Historically the only honda/acura with a 5 lug was the ITR, where there was little demand for a 17in bling bling wheel. So it probably didn't make economic sense for them to manufacture 17in 5-lugs. (They make 4 lugs up to 18in for all the stunnas )

Since the RSX comes with 16s stock, an upgrade to 17 would be relatively minor, and within the realm of performance enhancment.

Who would like to lend their voice to a request for 17in Rotas in 5 lug?

A similar grassroots effort is responsible for the availibility of the 15x7 4x100 Rota Slipstream.

However, 17" Rotas could run them up against some design limitations related to how they make their cast wheels.

You might want to peruse the RR Forum a bit and find out who it was who started the original effort that led to the wider Slipstreams, and see if he'll help you w/this project.

 

Rota has 5 lugs..

Ok, yes they offer 5 lug 17s in some of their styles.

But the Cirbuit 8 and circuit 10, they do not, and I'd like to see them offer those wheels in a 5 lug 17in variety.
