Why does H&R have a different part number for the 99-00 Si Sport springs compared to 96-00 civics?

The Race springs for the 99-00 Si have the same part number as the 96-00 civics?

Why do they make a different Sport version for the Si and not a different version of the Race for the Si?

I ask because I am going to buy some Race springs for my 96 hatch but i have 99-00 Si front LCAs, damper forks, and sway bar.
