Fuel pressure on a b16

Default Fuel pressure on a b16

I recently put a fuel regulator on my b16, I set it at 40psi,((I belive stock it's 30?)) and it seems to be working good. I was just wondering what it should be set at for best preformance... any one know?

I installed my AEM fuel rail and regulator and put the **** at around 40.

anyways I didn't notice a difference in performance but when I switch it to 40 it sucks up gas pretty fast when hiting vtec

fyi: I have a std fuel pump is not helping at alll

I'm running 48 psi wih all bolt ons except
ITR manifold and 70 mm TB.
