Default B17 Turbo Questions

Well I have a b17 and want to turbo it. I DON'T want to ruin the rare B17, so what would be the best engine to run on this setup?
JGS manifold with td05 flange
14b turbo
Starion fmic
Custom i/c piping
DSM 1G BOV
Custom Downpipe with bung for wideband o2 sensor
DSM o2 housing
DSM 450cc injectors
Resistor Box
Oil feed and drain line
Couplers and hardware
Apexi SAFC
Autometer Exhaust temperature gauge with probe already in manifold
Autometer Boost Gauge
Black Dual Gauge Pillar Pod
$1100OBO

I was kinda thinking about buying a b18 to use and sell my b17 or keep it. I want to keep the engine on stock internals for now, so what would you do?

buy a hondata and go get it tuned...thats teh safest way to not blow up your b17..just make sure you have plenty of fuel ( walbro 255 ) and a good tune and you should be fine, but im letting you know that 14b is tiny and won't hold till redline...i recommend gettin a 60/48 or 60/63 t3. im actually selling my 60/48 for a 60/63. i boosted my b17 so if you have any questions let me know...

well what do you think about the price of the turbo kit? should i tell him to leave out the s-afc? I like how quickly the 14b spools and i dont really have the cash to buy another turbo at this point. Have you dynoed yours at 8psi? 1/4 mile times? I have a 92 gsr as well....

So a hondata is a must? What about just using the s-afc?

i would trust hondata or uberdata over an safc personally... You can pick up a bigger t3 like a 60 trim or super 60 for 100-300 bucks on ebay and i think you'll like it more than the 14b.

i have yet to dyno it or run it yet... its just now starting to get nice

Save your b17a block, use a b18 block and use your head. More displacement for fi! That's what I did with mine. Check my sig.
