Spoon '98 Spec Transmission Assembly... Questions???
I was talking to someone who just bought a Spoon tranny. He said that the Spoon '98 spec transmission internals (gears & synchros) are balanced and what not.
Is this true???

From what I understand, it is just a Spoon "blessed" 98 spec ITR tranny, which comes with the 4.785 vs. 4.4 US spec. I have heard nothing as to whether anything is "balanced." Regardless, if you are tranny shopping, the price difference bewteen the US and the JDM 98 Spec makes the decision a no brainer.

I have this tranny in my car, Yes I believe Spoon Blesses the engine by tapping it with a Silver Spoon
