Uncalled for...watch it.

And what do you mean doesn't light up like it's supossed to? Does it light up at all or does one side dim in and out? There are a bunch of members who have one side of the climate control that goes in and out. Mine does it. I've had it all apart and can't figure it out.

well, i was looking at bauley's DIY amber lighting thread and i did my cluster first. it turned out great, so i decided to do my climate control also. i took every the climate control apart and swapped the bulbs. when i plugged everything back up, there is no lighting at all. i thought the bulbs weren't in all the way, so i took it out to make sure. i even put back to the stock bulbs to check and it still doesn't work. there's only 2 connectors to the climate control right? thanks for helping ricey

yes, there are only 2 plugs. I forgot to screw some of the stuff back in and mine didn't light up one time. Did you get all of the screws back in?

but out the voltmeter and see if your getting power to the bulbs socket. if you arent then you know its a wiring issue not if you are getting power maybe check a grounding issue

I have the same problem. Unfortunatley my car is still an automatic and the lights around the shifter dont work either. Sometimes when I hit a bump they come on. I kinda like it better when they're off though. If I puch the dash right above the climate controls one side comes on, . Same thing happens with the shifter lights too. I'm too lazy to fix it, and furthermore I just don't care. I think it adds character too
