I have some sheets of carbon fiber.
looks like good stuff compared to my civic CF hood.

im wondering what kinda method/tool to cut it into shapes?

dremel? if so what bit?

A cutting bit would brobably get clogged with the resign. I'd use a reciprocating (sp?) saw like an air saw sawzaw, etc. To straighten the cuts use a sanding block and smooth out the edges with a fine grit paper.

 

you can use a dremel or die grinder.. just be careful itll go through it like butter.

 

i would put tape over it before you cut it so it dosn't fray the same way you cut A&N lines. Just do it as a saftey precaustion
