Just because a Cat is not glowing red does that mean that it can't be clogged? I was told, that if it's not glowing red after letting the car run, then there's no way it's clogged. I don't believe that, but it could be true.

I would think yes, if it was gclogged THAT bad.. then it'd be glowing red.. but in most cases it wouldn't.
