LOL, from my own experiences it is more accurate to say PICK ONE.

I agree, especially if you already have an R. His sig says he has a civic, so he probably needs type r lca's for jdm coilovers or something.

You are correct I have an EG and I will be putting on ZEAL Function S6 soon, so I wanted to upgrade the LCA's at the same time. I am really concious about the weight since the car is only used for track racing and if these Function 7 LCA's save even 5lbs it would be worth it for me.

So would anyone have any pictures of these and weight comparistons vs. stock units???

Look under posts I made in archived search, with the title "function 7" I made a post about these sometime last year.

I dont think its an upgrade, IMHO. I would not use them.... I would be worried about failure on track.

They wont save 5 lbs, I dont think. And even if they did you wouldnt be able to tell a difference in an overweight production tub on a street suspension.

I wonder about the quality of the bushings used with some of those aftermarket LCAs - and how they are affixed (I remember someone on clubsi said the bushings were not pressed in).

Anyone consider using these?

I would guess that is not an off-the-shelf item.

A circle track race fab shop could make that for you....

Thanks for the pics.

I would be interested to hear more about the bushings on these as well as if anyone actually is using them on the car what are your experiences?
