just wondering b18c5 bottm h22 head?

is it possible can you get more horsepower than a stock b18c5 has anyone done it?

I didn't think they could be mated. Also what would be the advantage?

Why?? the head doesnt even bolt up and the B18c5 head has a mild port job which would flow a lot better than the h22 i would think but still not possible..
