Chipping a P13... what will it look for?

JDM P13 looks for EGR, Knock, and IAB... by chipping the ECU, will it stop looking for any of the above mentioned items?

doubt it, chips just adjust the fuel curves, vtec, etc.. don't think the sensors will be affected unless you're getting some kind of custom chip made.
