Default Should I upgrade to bigger fuse after new horn install?

I installed one of these new horns, sorry for hotlinking to the vortex, http://forums.vwvortex.com/zer...age=1. Today I installed the horn and used it quite often but after holding it for a while, the fuse burned out, it's a 15A fuse and I'm wondering if I should upgrade it to a 20A since the horn is bigger. For those of you not familiar with the civic's original horns, it's a small disk.

It burned out, melted i guess. It's hooked up just like the stock horn, the one wire from the stock horn goes to the positive end on the new horn and the negative on the new horn goes to the chassis, it's just held to it by a screw, everything else is soldered. It worked for a while it burned out later on after i pressed the horn button for a longer period. Also the stock fuse is also for something else, on the cover it says "HORN, STOP".
