Best Coilover setup for under $600 for an egcvc??
I've got 600 to spend on suspension, they'll be accompanying gsr sway bars, what should i look for? i just want people's opinions.
and that's the biggest waste of 600 dollars he could spend.
Pick up some Koni Yellows and some Custom rate Ground Control coilover sleeves with rates of your choice. May be a tad over 600, but will be exceptionally better than the Basics by far

ive been recomened the tokico allumina's and ground controls with custom spring rates. look around for someones used setup or some good deals on ground controls or skunk2s. im waiting for my KYB AGX and skunk2s to get hear. will make a world of differance. IMO tien are a waist on a daily driver. cause for the same price. u can get tokico illuminas, or, KYB AGX, or konig yellows, and custom spring rate ground controls or stock skunk2s, and even pick up a swap bar kit or LCA's for the same price as a good tien setup.
just my 2 cents

The full coilover setup? If you can get the N1s for 600 bucks go for it, but I haven't seen them anywhere near that cheap. Ever.

Find your self some blown Koni's for like $50-100 and send them to true choice or even ground control does them now to be shortened and revalved and pick up some custom rated ground controls while your at it.
Tein's are a waste of money on any car IMHO. If I had a street car or dual purpose car I would run Truce Choice Koni's and GC's. If I had a race car I would just get Advance Designs. They are $1600 for 4 custom made to your specs. Far superior then off the shelf JDM coil overs.

Really? One of my better friends has the N1 pros on his SI (00) and I absolutely love it.

That is a really good set up for the money. I have it with 400/300 springs, and it's very nice, good adjustability, as the difference between the 1 and 5 settings is night and day.

and ill have to agree with this guy to the end, you spend 1600 on dampers and can find some ERS springs for 100, (RR/autoX forum FS/WTB/T race springs) you spent 1700 one something that will kick tein's *** up, down, left, right, and sideways around a racetrack
