I have a 91 CRX with a B18C5 motor, every once in a whyle the car will bogg around 7500 and the check engine light will come on, when i re-start the car, the engine light go's off. Maybe a misfire????? when i check the jumper to see what the code was, nothing comes up. I am running a stock HF fuel pump with the engine, i am trying to eliminate what the problems could be before i buy a higher flow pump.

I'd think this is probably part of your problem.

have you ever dyno'd/tuned your car?

 

Check all your grounds.
It happened to the Sp00m ka and it was a bad ground connection.
