Daytime Running Lights were only on the Canadian model Accords. I would recommend tracing the wires to and from the relay to see if there is a short somewhere.

Good luck

We can't even order the replacement control unit unless I call a Canadian dealer and order it over the counter from their parts department. In answer to the question there is a control unit under the hood if I remember correctly(I may not). One of our techs has gotten good at opening it up and resoldering a couple of the joints that normally go bad. Or you can just call a dealer and order one.
