The car I get has to be exactuly 7500, the check i got from capital one auto finance says, for no less than 7500 and no greater than 7500

Actually no I cant, there policy is that 7500 is the minimun, the only way to buy cheaper is to pay the whole 7500 and ask for change, who would do that?
