Do you realize that blow off valve on a turbo charged car serves an actual function? It's not just there to sound cool and impress all your ricer friends.

Ok look heres what you do.

Get a can of Co2 ya know, the stuff used for paint ball guns. Mount the tank in your trunk or under your car or something and rig up a little device so you can push a button and it will let some of the Co2 out. Youll get that nice little pssst sound and everyone will SO think you have a turbo!

And to answer the question, no, you can't have a blow off valve because you have nothing to blow off. You have less then one atmosphere in you intake due to the engine having to suck the air. If somehow you manage to put pressure, rather than vacuum on your intake without a turbo, then you can start thinking about the turboless blowoff valve.
