front suspension
I have a 89 hatch and I am putting in a new transmission, but that is not the problem. My suspension is SHOT, to hell. It is literally falling apart, the ball joints and everything. To the question: What is a good website that sells suspension for our cars, or should I just get OEM. I would like to replace most of it.
Might as well go with a complete upgrade. Instead of buying new ball joints and all, get 90-93 teg front brakes and work from there. This way you can have big brakes up front. Just my suggestion though.
U should start off with a front brake upgrade like el vamp said...U will be thanking urself down the road.
Or do what i did and get ahold of some ex spindle and hubs and rebuild them. Like start with the wheel bearings, rotors, calipers, replacing ball joints, tie rods, steering rack, shocks, springs, and any other suspension related stuff. And eventually work ur way to the back. After all that i think ur car will be one handing ****.
O yea while ur at it get ahold of a good camber kit for the whole car... Better safe then sorry.
