Default My *DIY* progress (JDM front)+ wiring question(56k NO)

My JDM conversion is on the way(THANX LEO and I'm getting most of everything done so I can do the last tough stuff once it arrives,so here ya go.
here she is before:

and now shes "FUll Frontal"

I have a few questions though for the JDM front end (Wiring wise)

*above* are the wires for the PIAA fog lamps that we're on the car....can I just run those to the back of the JDM Lights(NON-HID) where the fogs are?It has a relay in it so it will cut off when the High beams are on?That wire is already wired to the JDM fog lamp switch..so that would make it alot eaiser?

Here are the Stock Corner lights....will these basically pop into where they are suppsoed to go in the JDM housing(once the plugs are modified?)

Here is a box for the PIAA fogs that I guess contains the Fuse/Relay in it??
wonder if this will effect the Wattage going to the JDM fog lights?>?
Please help w/ any thing you may know about wiring

The rest shold be done in a couple days
PARDON THE MESS...Girlfriends MOM's house(only garage I could find to work on her @)

fogs: u are gonna be fine using the PIAA wiring... thas exactly what i did...

the USDM corner socket will need to be modifed slightly to fit in the jdm housing... its easy, just need to cut a little off of one of the tabs... also, u can use some thin foam u buy at a crafts store (hobby lobby, micheals, etc) as a gasket... i found the OEM rubber ones to be too tight...

as for the wiring, do a search and u can find alot of diagrams out there...

I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use the existing fog light wiring and relay that you have. I am using the stock OEM USDM wiring for this without any problems.

For the turn signals....the city lights and the corner lights on the JDM front are single fillament bulbs/wires. You can use your dual-fillament USDM in the corners with a little work. Personally, I am using the single JDM. I have amber lights in the city lights that use as parking lights and I use the corners as blinkers only.

I hope that this helps.

You can use the dual filament turn signal bulbs, you will have to shave one tab off and then seal them into the headlight with silicone so no moisture enters the headight..

For the fogs, hook up the trigger wire to the fog ligt wire on the headlight, it will work.

For the park lights, a 194 amber bulb works well.

Thanx guys

I was actually gonna do a VIDEO but that didn't go as planned (the making money part )
But I didn't do much of a Step process in pic's wise (was to worried about labeling bags for all the bolts/screws),...but I could go back over the whole thing w/ the pic's I have and Illustrate what needs to be done.maybe do some things/show that the Infamous "MASE" didn't cover or missed.

I'm gonna start on the Spot welds tomorrow w/ my EASTWOOD 3/8" spotweld bit that I got...and see how that goes,..Thats supposeldy the hardest time consuming part...but the Milwalkee"SawZall" is standing by for the cut.

Wiring for me seems to be the hardest--"MRFairlady is no good @ the whole wiring thing"

I'm see the post above mine on how its supposed to be JDM Headlights and...If I use what i got....the Corners/fogs/City will all be on @ 1 *click/turn* ....I DON"T know,..its just confusing
But I'll have to find someone to help me out on it so I do it right...I got all the bulbs I need(all the right wattages so I don't blow fogs and all) but I guess it comes down to reall DOING IT!
More updates to come..........
