obd2 h22 swap problems

obd2 h22 swap problems
so i swapped an obd2 h22 into my 94 hatchback and i've checked all of the wiring, but i cant' get the damn thing to fire, i think it might have something to do with the crank angle sensor but i don't know, im using an obd1 p13 ecu and an obd2 dizzy

theres alot of variables here.....
is it cranking? u got fuel? u got spark? how did u wire in ur p13? how did u wire up ur dizzy?
on h22a4s. the (ckp/tdc) sensor is on the block by the crank pulley, not in the dizzy... (if u didnt know already). is that wired correctly? how bout ur external coil, wired up right?
