tire rubbing question with picture
Ok, I searched...but did not find this particular problem.
I have 205/15 azenis on 7" wide rims and only the front passenger side rubs like this.

I am thinking it could be alignment related. I have a front camberkit on backorder from Wiredspeed, so I have been driving around without the alignment. I raised the front up about a quarter inch to a tight two finger gap, and the rubbing dissapeared. It also rubs on the top with it any lower than a tight two finger. Springrate is 7k linear.
Should this clear up when I get an alignment? And why would it only do this on the passenger side?
Thanks for any help.

Yeah, I know...but I do not want to take it back down..shell out the cash for an alighment, and have it still rub. I would then have to raise it back up and get it aligned again.

Not sure how much lower than stock. It is 23.5" to the top of the center of the front wheelwells. Starts rubbing at 23.25"

hmm thats weird, I run 15x7 Slips with same size and offset and my car is pretty low as well. It does not rub on the insides at all. It did rub when I had 45mm offset rims. Best bet is to get the alignment checked with the camber kit installed to make sure nothing is bent.
Everytime I get an alignment the driver side and passengerside wheels never have the same camber. One wheel could be off as little as .5* and make all the diffrence in the world.
