hey everyone. i have 5000 to spend on a swap.. a full swap, including exhaust, intake, mounts, everything. i was told at one point:

I have seen multiple k20 type S swaps for 3000-3500 complete. Average prices needed for completeing the swap are:
Mount kit 500
Header 4-1 equal length 675( and if the 04 Accord header will work then this price will be much lower)
pnp harness 350
SS fuel lines and Guage 130
clutch lines 50
Str fuel rail 180
axels 300
and ecu immoblizer removed.Price depends on who does it.
There is your k20 swap for 5500.

can anyone confirm this? is that everything i need to drop a k series into a del sol?
i know a decent amount about swaps, but never looked into k series, espically swapping one into a sol.

You need the shifter from the RSX and shift cables,
Also i read that the TSX header will work for dc/eg so it might work for the del sol too but i'm not sure.
I have a friend that bought a k20 swap but now is thinking of selling it.
Are you interested in buying the swap?

how much is he selling it for? What type of motor (k20a, K20a2)

You did have a header in that list but not exhaust, and the motor will come with an intake mani and maybe the OEM airbox, but definetly not an intake!
Don't forget labor on that biotch

2002 K20A2 type S, 9,000 miles, motor,tranny,ecu,shifter, shifter cables.......
He's looking to get $3600 but he doesn't want to ship it, pickup/delivery is preffered.

They will help you out.

Nikos is a really cool guy. PM on here if you want he may be able to help you out with some of the parts. Install is another thing though since you are on the other side of the Country

and the TSX header should work
