emergency brake light

I put my emergency brake on whenever i park. Whenever i take it off when i drive, the emergency brake light on the dash still stays on for 5-10 mins then goes off. Anyone else have this problem?

had this problem a couple times, somethin with it not going down enough, or going too far down.... :shrugs:

I had this happen in my civic and my gsr. Both times it was the brake fluid under the hood. Fill it up even if you think it's kinda full.
