Need some advice on which motor to put in my GSR
Well the time of my B18C1 has come and gone I believe. The compression is not so hot, it burns oil like no other, it leaks oil from various places and I cannot afford the downtime of a motor rebuild.
I have about $2000 to play around with and am thinking of replacing my motor with a JDM B16a2 long block and keep the GSR transmission for now. I thought about the idea of supercharging the B16 with a JRSC kit but I was concerned with fitment issues of the SC since I would most likely have to use one for a Type-R. I searched and didn't come up with many threads about B16's in DC2 Integra's.
So my question is, with the B16 in my GSR, would the JRSC fit with no problems? Or would I run into some custom work getting it to fit.

i hear you on that .. my gsr hit 162xxx a few oil leaks sluggish compression drop ,slow ,it doesnt move like it used to . what im doing is im building a ls vtec , fully all motor done the right way im gonna take my time with it . once thats done im dropping that in my gsr shell ,then im going to rebuild my gsr motor and possible get it ready for turbo to throw in another shell . some people told me hondas run till like 300xxx if probperly maintain , i baby my car but still things tend to wear and brake ,im at that time that everything is braking all at once .
