I am very new to the world of imports i have always run v8 ford and chevys but with the cost of gas on the rise I have been forced to park the truck and buy a car A 1988 acura integra my question is what motor make a good swap while hunting for fenders in a junkyard, i noticed lots of civics and Acords do most motors interchange or what and what is required . Any input is a preciated

don't get an 88 teg, aim for at least a '90. parts are harder to find for G1 integras. a lot of people swap b16's into their g1, g2's but a gsr engine or type-R would move your car pretty well also. If if were me, i'd say LS-turbo but im a little biased

a 90's car might be your best bet if youre looking for an inexpensive daily driver.
