Default Huge Spark Plug Problem, Need some quick advice...

Ok, This is my first time posting here. Just registered and became a member. I recently bought a 91 Honda Accord, my second one. Absolutly love Hondas. First one saved my life in a horrible car accident.
Anywho, quick question. I think...and hope. Yesterday I was replacing the spark plugs. I got the new Bosch Platinum 2, got to the third one and was tightening it down to 19 ft. pounds and the bottom broke. The entire part with the threads on it spun right off and is stuck inside the engine. It's perfectly flush and for anyone with an older accord knows the spark plugs are about 6 inches down.
Now, my question. I need opinions on what to do? I've been told there's a tool to get it piece out. Is it true?
Or am I going to have to have it towed somewhere and have them take the engine apart and pull this junk out?
_ANY_ help would be appreicated...

Is there a hole in the center of the plug deep enough to put an easy out into?
if so weld one to a long rod and try that. 19 ft lbs tooooo tight. you can remove the rocker arm assembly and get a little closer. or try to put a groove into the edge of the plug with a chisel and turn it out by prying with a long screwdriver in the groove. give some feedback on how things are going maybe ther's another idea
