Questions on current setup??
Well i finished my motor its kind of an all motor setup and i have a couple questions.
My current setup is.
Stock type r bottom end
b16 head, fully built port and polished the works
Now the only problem im facing is the cams i have, i think they are too aggresive for this setup they are CROWER STAGE 3 cams the 603's, I drove the car yesterday after putting everything in and i wasnt really satisfied, its not tuned, is there much more to expect from tuning it, i have a VAFC and all parameters are set to 0 all across the board and i put the VTEC at 5700 just like stock, also the ECU is a stock p30 can anyone tell me what to do next im kind of in a tight situation and any advice would really help, i think i might ditch the crower cams and get a different ecu. Well heres the story, i fixed the idling problem and i readjusted the tps it idles fine now, but now there is another problem, i think the cams are too agressive and i havent tuned it yet, but the car is slower than it was with my old setup, could the tuning really help that much to make so much difference or is there some other serious problem that im overlooking im preety much out of ideas on what to do i just spent 5000 on all this **** and it still is slow can someone please give me some ideas?? Would i need injectors a fuel pump and hondata or just keep the VAFC and tune it that way, any suggestions would really help Thanks
Well heres what im still thinking, ITB's and Hondata and that would be it, does anyone have an opinion on the crower stage 3's should i keep them or get rid of them.
