well it was a fun last night and I posted my best time of the year...a 14.436@96.55 mph....eric's car was again amazing even if it didn't hit a 13 tonight...when do you guys wanna get a meet or something together? Everyone should have seen the multi-colored civic that ran a 14.2(that I saw)...all it has is a GS-R swap and a few minor bolt-ons....that is impressive...thanks to all that came though

 

Yup.. NekkedR is pretty Fast.. 14.02... impressive..
mine? blah! forget it... I need to sit with NekkedR or Aleph for Drag..
want to see how to shift...
I thought I shifted fast and smooth.. can run 14.6 at Dyno...
but Prolly my Dying RE010 is the problem...

PiYoImuT-do you get a lot of wheel hop in second? I get it pretty bad unless my tire presure is dropped...I can't believe I missed second 2 runs tonight...both I ran 15 something...my last run I spun hopped at the end of first shifted dropped out of vtec and still pulled a 14.6 with a 2.3 60ft....talk to NekkedR and figure out when we can all meet or have a cruise...definatly talk to him if you need advice on drags....it's nice to see the auto-x guys coming to the drag strip I will be at an autox next spring for sure...

 

on my 1st run with a Mustang GT, I got a very bad wheel hop on 3rd Gear!!!
I just want to catch that Stang real bad.. but well.. his reaction time is better...
damn, but it was so close.. well... He's not a good dragger either.. but I still want to beat him..

If you've never Auto-X before.. trust me, you'll love it evenmore than Dragging..
uhk, the Season is over... can't wait for Next Year....

oh no probs... the best run was 15.4, just like last week.
but I know for sure my R is fine. it is me. ME ME ME is the problem.
tsk tsk.. 14.6 on Dyno, but in real life? 15.4.....
Need to learn.. learn and learn.

What's so funny is that I get the chance to ran twice against TW00SI.. we laugh at the start till the end.. Time sucked but it was fun. hahaha...

Note: AssPenny, don't worry.. last night my friend with a 95 M3 ran 22.2..... and a Dodge ram was so happy beating him(ran 22 flat maybe)...
the problem is the Clutch got burnt on that M3.. then he ran it again for 15 flat, without mod and worn clutch. hehe...

 

I don't know PiYoImuT, I thought you had it down pretty good, shifts seemed fast, launch was hard. Maybe some new tires (and the spoon cluster ) and you'll be in the 14's! Don't laugh at the video, it was really shaky

 

MrBite - The Clips is pretty good actually.. I mean, it was dark, so the auto focus is not doing a really good job.. but overall it is cool!. hehe..
what's crazy is that VTEC Screaming...(probably from TW00SI AEM intake, not my stock ITR).. but it is so cool... I kept on seeing it again and again...

I'll try to put it into MPG tonight....

 

Same thing happen to me. It was my first time at a track and I burnt the hell out of the clutch. oh well.

 

As requested by Yos and Tim, I will frequent Honda-Tech more often as oppose to the immature kids that infest ClubSi. But I still like ClubSi...anyhow, Yos is just happy that he got to whip my little Civic twice...made his ITR seem so much faster, I got one excuse, my damn wheels!!! I had lots of fun...plus the 22sec run by Yos' friend was just too funny. Can't wait to see the video, I'm glad Tim didn't get to zoom in on my time,hehhehe...Let me know when you guys get the ITR meet together for cruising...if you guys don't mind, I would like to take my Si out and try to hang at the end and see if I can keep up...you see, it's all the grocery in the trunk that's weighing me down.
