Default what is this part called? where can i find 1?

ive been trying to look for this part for a while. its pretty beat up and ide really like to get a new one. the car is getting painted in 1 week so ide like to try to find one by than. the link to the picture is below. if it doesnt work please let me know. thanks.

It's a close up of the passanger side window - with a full on reflection of the photographer and his neighborhood in the window!

The ONLY thinkg I can guess you are trying to take a pic of is the window molding???

ive looked on both those sites already. its not on there. on http://www.hondaautomotivepart...y.jsp all they have is door lining and door trim-side lining. i just need to find out the name of that 1 part. like windor molding or somthing.

You do realize I got that pic from hondaautomotiveparts.com right?

Look under "Side Protector". It's in there.

actually you can check under windshield, that is where I found the "garnish" door piece that cover the back edge of the car. I think I saw the door sill garnish in there as well.

its uusally called a belt molding

just take it off...there is 1 screw and then it clips off...take a steel wheel from a grinder to it to get all the crappy rubberized paint off it...buy a can ur rubberized paintable undercoating and a can of flat black paint and first apply the undercoating, let dry then flat black paint it...reinstall and its good as new!

CyniKal.Mindset- thanks for that info. now all i have to do is fing that rubberized paintable undercoat :D if it looks shity ill just buy a new one.
