Default vtec head

i have a vtec head that i want to put on my dpfi car, im goin to convert to mpfi soon but i need the new head because my vales are bad, i was wondring if i could inxstall the vtec head anduse it for a little while with dpfi, and will i need the sidistributor to use it

Keep EVERYTHING that is on your car now and just swap the heads. Use EVERYTHING else that is on your car now. Do not wire up activation for VTEC because your DPFI won't be able to keep up with the fuel requirements.

If you have a Z6 head then your distributor is going to need the same exact mods that an A6 distributor does when bolted to the Z6 head.

If you have a Y8 head then there are no mods needed to the dizzy.

Change over to MPFI as soon as you can.
