Default 96 accord..... H&R race springs or Eibach sportline's?

(posting this for a friend that has a 96 accord)

I recently had a post about the koni yellows and was so convinced that I went ahead and bought a set. I'm still waiting on them but now I have another issue to resolve. I had some sprint springs on my accord and in my opinion they gave me a decent ride for 2.5 inch drop on stock shocks. A couple of month later I bought some R1 coilovers and when I put them on my ride changed dramatically and since then its been a roller coaster ride. Do to this experience I'm goign to stick with springs from now on. However I was planning on putting the sprints back on with my new koni yellows or either going with some eibach sportline's or H&R race springs. I really wanna go low but don't want to damage my new shocks which costed me a fortune. I just want some suggestion and what you guy's think about the springs and the ride quality. Also it would be great if any of you guys acutally have these spings on your car and have a pic of it and you can post it.

Thanks (sorry for the long post)

I've had both Eibachs and H&Rs on my Accord and for all intents and purposes (ride quality, relative stiffness) they are the same, except the H&Rs should be lower than the Eibach Sportlines.

I have GC coilovers which are eibach springs, I know that this may not be relevant to what you want to know but I will get a pic this weekend and show you how they set the car
