Im looking at some JUN 3 cams for my future build. ive heard they are very prone to breaking like the crower cams. Does any one else know of a good cam with similar gains to the JUN 3's. will Skunk 2 stage 3 cam work or is it more aggressive than the JUN 3? thanks guys

 

Did you hear this on HT? I had JUN 3's on my car for more than 35K miles with no problems. Many people have had great success with these cams. It is rare that a set breaks, and is usually due to installer error, which is the case with other camshaft manufacturers also. HTH

 

Some people have really good luck with JUN's and others not so good luck.

There is very little valve to valve clearance with JUN 3's run straigt up so becareful to check your limits.

 

Yea I have had themin my car for about 6k miles and no problems, also a friend of mine has had his for about 20k.

If you want something cheaper and about the same gains, go with s2s2's.

 

I have had them on my Road Race car for 3 races now. They are awsome.
