Whats the best Header for a nitrous motor

Can someone tell me what the best header choice is for my GS-R w/nitrous?
4-1 or 4-2-1

4 into 1 is best for nitrous for the high end

4-1 with a 2.5in collector...
why....cuz you wanna squeeze at wot...plus with your vtec pulling horsepower...nitrous gives you that extra torque...
