head swap on b18a1,want to go with vtec.need help on head selection
i want to increase the hp on my 93 teggy what would be a good head swap?thanks for the help.learning more and more as i go

a gsr head will give better topend power
a b16 head will give better midrange
a type R head is the best overall stock head but will be more expensive

thanks,do you think it would be better to just buy better cams for the stock head i already have.would i get better results that way

i have a 93 ls teggy b18a1 with an apexi exsaust,aem cold air intake,and dc headers.want to start working on engine next.my goal for now is to get 200 hp.thanks for the help
