Spoon or TODA
well if u wanna go full programme id recommend Toda and JUN (sacreligious, i know lol) because the cams and piston choices they offer r much more 'hardcore' then Spoon's North American offerings. However, that is to say if u want a milder, daily driven car..then Spoon's balanced pistons, cams, etc will offer the most factory like idle and require less of an extensive tuning program; because the pistons are only about high 11 compression as compared to JUN/Toda pistons, whos cr on pistons can reach to high 12's.
You can't go wrong with either of them. I would say go with whichever one that you can the most local support from, because how much power you can get out of either of them is mostly depended on the tuning part.
If that doesn't help , then if you want to go all out, go with JUN or TODA. But if you just want a mild street set up, go with Spoon.
