need help. My car is running like crap. Got a b16 first gen in a 91 std. Anyways, when VTEC kicks in, the car hesitates bad, like it won't go anywhere else. Instead of pulling it slows me down bad. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

 

Do you still have a stock or old cat? I had a bad cat once and everytime I hit vtec it felt like the car slowed down.

Mine sucked too when my cat was clogged, get it replaced.
