Default what's in my best interest? OBD1 or OBD2?

i have a 91 dx i am swapping a 96(obd2) gsr motor into... i was planning on running it as obd1 and using a 0bd0 to 0bd1 harness. but i was wondering, after i saw a dx to obd2 harness forsale weather that might be the better way to do it? whats the differences between obd1 and obd2? i am thinking more sensors are involved.. basically i just want to make my life as easy as possible without sacrificing performance from the obd2 motor.

thanks

You basically can do it either way. You can still use the OBD2 distributor and injectors. You will only need one 4 wire O2 sensor. It is kinda your call. I prefer the 0-1 method as you can go with Hondata, etc. later on down the road. I build both harnesses and the 0-1 harness is slightly easier to build and install.
