What's up with this forum

Hey man, I don't have PERMISSION to reply to my own threads. ;( Can someone explain to me or direct me to this forums rules page, so I can discern what the F!@#$% is going here.

As you gain posts and time, then you will be permitted to post in all forums and as many times as you want. Your Newb block is still on.

Ok thanks guys, I thought that is what it was about, but other forums I am a member of do not have such strict restrictions. Boy its hard to respond to some posts.

Trolling can be pretty bad on a popular site w/no restrictions, though.
