Buying a CRX?

Im buying a CRX , What should i look for as far as problems areas go , Im wanting a daily driver, reliable that i can do some mods and restore. Are parts such as trannys-motors hard to find?

Other than body damage , and collision repair how well will these motors and trannys ,steering etc . hold up to the mileage ? The cars im looking at have around 100k on them . Are the engines fairly durable in stock form if they were well maintained?
